Began eating right in April & started off walking daily then biking daily 3 miles as well as resistance workouts twice a week for 40 minutes per. A little swimming & gardening.
Starting weight 224 lbs, now 155.5 & I'm good with where I am now, no desire to lose any more. Went from a pants waist size 40 to 34 which is a bit lose now. A BMI of 26 now 23.
Goals this month, just continue eating well, exercise & allow myself to have treats like I have all along like popcorn, chips & salsa, potato chips, fries, bbq hamburgers & pork loin. My weight for over a month stays around 156.5 to 155.5, so I made it.
Looking forward to maintaining but allowing myself to also enjoy treats like I have been, in moderation of course. I know my body & how it works now, what not to do & what works.View Thread
Hi ArenGirl, how much water are you drinking daily? If you could give a little more information such as your weight now, height & age or close to your actual age, it would help. Perhaps 2 pounds is a little too much to expect, personally I think you're losing 1 lb a week is fantastic.View Thread
