How many calories per day are you eating now? Try the food and fitness planner for a maintain calorie level for you.
130 is just a bit over the "healthy weight range" for your height. Loosening up not to gain generally means about 200 calories per day over what it took to take it off in my experience.
I encourage you to go ask Dr. Peeke over on the Diet Community about how to take off that six pounds and how to keep it off.View Thread

Ok-you need an approach that fits your budget and your need to just grab something inexpensive.
Try canned beans-keep them in the fridge for a quick salad with a diced up cucumber and can of diced tomatoes. You can add some cooked brown rice to that. Super inexpensive, good and will serve you several meals.
What types of foods do you like? Why do you think you need to shop 2 weeks in advance? Do you live in an area with a farmer's market?
Here are 10 ways to save money on food .View Thread

I didn't do so hot. I got really sick last week and had trouble keeping anything down--including water--but water was the only thing that really worked at all. My usual go-to sweetened beverages made me feel WORSE. So, while the water intake wasn't primo-the sweetened drinks were pretty much non existent.View Thread

Mine isn't exactly holiday, but by the end of the year, I definitely want to get off the extra pounds I put on in the first part of the year.
Planning and prepping is a great idea. I finally convinced myself that eating out with children-even a baby or ordering in is just as much work, if not more than most meals I make at home.View Thread
