Hey I have lost 4 more pounds since my last post and I am feeling pretty good. Yesterday my son and I played volleyball and it was awesome!! I had so much energy. I would love to know some of the great and fun ways you guys and your kids like to have fun and gain some energy in the process.
I found out that I can't eat just oatmeal in the morning at 8am. I was totally starving by 10. So today I had oatmeal and an apple with a little milk. It really hit the spot. Eating right and exercising....I'm really doing it yall!!!!!!View Thread
I haven't been posting anything on here for a while. I'm back on this journey called weight loss again and I think I'm gonna make it this time. 4 days and counting to be exact. I'm working hard and could really use some GREAT encouragement from you guys. Thanks!!!! XOXOView Thread
