For the past five weeks, I have been hauling my cookies out of bed @ 5am to hit the track with a friend and walk 2 miles every morning. So this morning, we decide to do our once a month weigh in....I gained 10 pounds!!!! WHHHHYYY??? I know part of it is that I recently changed jobs and this one is MUCH less physically demanding, but seriously....10 pounds??? My pants are fitting better than ever, so I am tempted to think its muscle gain...but that seems like a LOT of muscle to gain in five weeks. Any thoughts??View Thread
