my problem, going over my 1200 calories a days on certain days.
Stress has been my problem. Need to go back to the gym. I exersice
regularly at home but it not enough. Sooo, by having you all in this

I haven't been taking care of myself lately. I am 21, a student, and I am 30-50 lbs overweight. It is hard to breathe sometimes, and I would also like to be able to fit into my clothes. Instead of having love handles, and feeling inactive and tired during the day. I hope to make some friends here who are experienced and can help me along the way. Anyway, I'm 41, mother to 6 and 4 year old children and happily married and ready to hop on the bandwagon. I think 50 pounds is a great long term goal for me.
Has anyone here tried Weight Watchers? They have a program here at work and I just joined. Apparently they use real food and have a philosophy of changing your lifestyle and eating habits, not dieting and of course incorporating exercise.View Thread
I'm not really sure how to start this, but as you can see from the title, I'm looking for a diet buddy!
I'm a college student who's having difficulties managing my ever-so-fluctuating weight (especially with the terrible dining hall options). Ideally, I'd like to lose ~40 lbs by the end of this year. Unfortunately, I'm easily thrown off track by stress and excuses haha So I'd really like to find someone that wouldn't mind emailing with me so that we can motivate each other, bother each other to go exercise, exchange advice, and all that good stuff! Please let me know if you'd be interested!
