I am amazed at how satisfied I am after eating this vs my previous snacks of only carbs - cracker type foods.
We use natural peanut butter, but now will look forward to trying almond butter.
Speaking of nuts - In trying to find some nutritional numbers for peanut vs almond butter, I came across this, Go Nuts on Your Diet! . An informative read for us losers.

You can post your DFJ in the Food Log of WebMD Food & Fitness Planner.
Or, if you want to post and share with other members for replies you can start a daily discussion and title it with the day, date and Daily Food Journal or DFJ.
Example - Tues 01/18/11 - DFJ
It would be fun and helpful to see what we are are eating!

Since I no longer drink sodas, but still feel the need for a little carbonation once in awhile, my new favorite drink is LaCroix flavored waters.

I just heard this great tip. Start at 12:00 by placing bigger portions of the healthier, less caloric items and work your way around ending up with smaller portions of your favorite "make you fatty foods".
Then, eat clockwise so you fill up on the good stuff first!
What do you think? I am going to give it a try!
