Yes you eat alot less that way, and it tells your body how much you really need. Also eating until you are satisfied, not full. Taking smaller slower bites, like how you would sip on soup, also helps as well, that is what i found out on my own, and I am slowly loosing the weight just by changing this.View Thread
I have cut down slowly on sugars until I do not need them, sometimes I crave and have some sweet tea. I walk as far as I know my body will allow, and do not push myself because of my breathing. That is where I got started, little steps like this will help, but it is a lifestyle to lose weight, I recommend not doing anything that will drastically change your lifestyle unless you do it in baby steps.View Thread
I am using the calorie counter here and watching calories, and walking about every day. But I am wondering if there is something out there, some kind of diet that will help me shed these calories faster. Or are there foods that actually burn the fat or help with that? I need to lose the weight so I can be healthy and breath again. I was on the all whites diet but had a hard time sticking to it, I craved sugar and salt all the time, and had a hard time cutting bread and things like that out of my diet.View Thread
