I started my weightloss journey June of this year. I have lost a total of 10lbs. My goal is to lose 40lbs by december. I have always been overweight and now that I have turned 25 and I am serious about losing weight and keeping it off. I just got out of a really serious relationship that left me down, low self esteem and just hurt. I had a beautiful baby girl out if it and vowed that I would be a healthy mommy for her. During my pregnancy, I only gained 20lbs which was really really really good. But now I am ready to look and feel great!! I have been using the WebMD food planner and taking classes at my local YMCA which is also really fun. Exercising helps me to relieve stress and keeps me focused.
