hi, I tried them for a month and two weeks didn't help me but i think that some things work for some and not other. i also have a thing for sweets but i limit them now but if i get the munches i do popcorn or dark chocolate 70 % coco and yogurt with seed or nuts and i still do ice cream weight watcher has some good ones. you should try vitamin-d-3 and b-12 you should check out c-q10. the c-q hurt my head for a day then it help with the leg pains from the cholesterol meds.now i don't take the medsView Thread
