Hey! Weight loss is always a struggle! Hang in there! Beware of the hidden calories in food. Try and cook your own food so you can control the amount of oil that you put in your food! In co-operate different flavours and colours especially with fruits and vegetables! I recommend that you take 5-6 mini-meals that are high in fibre and low in fat rather than 3 hefty meals to keep your metabolism on the go! The same with exercise if you can't get a good 45mins at once do small bursts of 10-15mins thrice a day!! Hope this helps!!View Thread
Hi all'; I am 31years old, have two lovely Children, a girl 2 and half years aol and a boy one and a half! I have struggled with my weight all my life! but two back to back pregnancies ahve not made it any better! I used to weigh 170Ilbs, but it have 6 weeks now that i have followed a 1,500cal diet and have manage to lose 9 pounds! I now weigh 161 Ilbs! Yaay! I still have 30 more pounds to lose for me to attain my healthy BMI range!! It seems so far away!View Thread
