Hi I am a 25 yr old mother of 2. Recently I started watching what I eat ex: portion control and calorie intake. When I started doing this I lost 16lbs in one month, just last week I added cardio to my day (about 30 minutes on an elliptical) since then I have gained weight. My eating is still healthy and my clothes are still loose, I have also monitored my calorie intake and it has stayed under 1200 a day. I am not sure why the scale is going up but I must say that it is a little discouraging. Any suggestions?View Thread
