New to this group - Need to lose 43 pounds yet. Have been at a plateau for over a year. Have lost 45 pounds already- but went from losing over 80 pounds and backslided last year due to medical condiition. I walk 1 hr a day now at least 3 times a week Had surgery last month- So now no excuse have to get back into the mode again of healthy eating and more exercise. Hope to hear from you allView Thread
