I am 58 years old and 50 lbs. overwt. I started this web MD program about 10 days ago, so far so good. Exercise is very hard for me. I use a walker and have teouble with walking and balance. I hVE BEEN DOING SOME FLOOR EXERCISES LIKE LEG LIFTS AND BRIDGES. Any suggestions for me. I have lost4.5 lbsso far AND i AM AIMIG FOR 1-2 LBS LOSS/ WEEK. Sorry for the caps.
