just joined, my commitment is to loose 30 pound, being loosing them for the last 25 years. Join this community for your support. So help me out. my problem, going over my 1200 calories a days on certain days.
Stress has been my problem. Need to go back to the gym. I exersice regularly at home but it not enough. Sooo, by having you all in this community I force myself to be accountable.This is my 90 days goal plan. Le'ts see what happen.View Thread
