I am new to tracking my workout and eating here on WebMD and I am really enjoying seeing my progress. I used to be almost 250 pounds and after a lot of hard work and time three years later I am at 150. I am trying to come down to my healthy goal weight of 135 and with the tracker I should be consuming around 1800 calories a day and burning 1202. I am a healthy eater of healthy things already so I CHOW down on veggies, nuts, lean protein and grains ALL DAY LONG and I am always satisfied. Unfortunatly, I have only been consuming around 1000 calories in total give or take daily. If anyone has any pointers or tips I would really thank you much View Thread
