amlynn when i was in high school i had the same issue. i often had to eat lunch at school. avoid fried foods...opt for a salad or something that is not full of carbohydrates (sugars, starches, and grains). i lost weight in school by portion control and exercising. I exercised by riding a stationary bike for about an hour everyday except weekends. to make it more enjoyable, i listened to music while riding.also avoid sugary drinks as well. good luckView Thread
