I yearn to be more healthy and more than lose weight get in shape and be more healthy not just to be a better me but to be a better mom. once i workout i have more energy but its the getting changed into workout clothes and DOING the workout that is the mental and physical push. once i do it and am all sweaty i feel great but the next day its the same thing! i get bored and snack. not always on unhealthy things just toon often cuz im sometimes too lazy to cook cuz then i have to have my one year old entertained somehow during that and then clean it all up.still trying to have him entertained. ugh. does anyone else have similar struggles?View Thread
