I lost 80 lbs and gained half back .My gym closed and I go to an local Community center ,Less people no one is on the equipment Cheaper, also even if you live in the County not in the City .Your club does are less as a Senior. I just found out if your disabled it is like pocket change.
Te cost is yearly $Seniors $150.00 and Disabled Seniors $80.00 !!!
Also local centers have respite care for the hard to breath senior or with other aliments. Also they have local trips, Sauna, pool , and exercise equipment and weights. I ate peanut butter and fast food on the go .I am going to stop the peanut butter and go to Gym two times a week and do better at the fast food or try to wait till I get home to half the calories!!!View Thread
