I am 58 and need, for health reasons, to lose around 20 - 25 pounds. I have been overweight all my life and could accept it (sort of) but now, because of cholesterol numbers, have to "get religion."
I have to think of weight loss as a project that I must be attentive to. Somebody said - "just for today I can______" and this notion helps, that it is indeed one day at a time!
