Hi, I am 52 yrs old,I actually need to loose more than 50 pound but my short term goal is 25 so thought I would try this community.I have started back on weight watchers on my own and came across this website. I am hoping to be able to use it but not sure about how to really track it all on here beings it's mostly tracking calories instead of points. I started back about 2 weeks ago and am having problems motivating to exercise,I do have back and knee problems also.Every time I start a diet I always have trouble motivating for exercise but when I have I know it helps.Any comments or suggestions I would appreciate.View Thread
