I'm back at it. trying to lose weight. I haven't been this heavy since I was pregnant with my son. I've always had to watch my weight but stopped really putting effort into it about 3 years ago. And now here I am 40 ponds heaver than I'd like, If someone would have told me it was possible to gain 50 ponds in 3 years I would have said they were crazy. But, sadly, I am living proof. I'm hoping with the added tools and support of this website and it's members I can keep myself motivated! and motivate others while I'm here. I've already lost 14 pounds and know if I get back on track I will lose the 40 I have left to drop. One day at a time, One pound at a time. Today is day 1.View Thread
