Hi I am a working mom of two wonderful boys.. I have always been thin but when I hit 40 yrs old that is when It all started the weight gaining.. I am at my all time high at 50 pounds over..I need to lose it for I can feel that it is draining me.. my main problem is MOTIVATION.. I sometimes have at it all time high then on some days its gone.. I like to play with my boys tired of being on the side line watching them play ball.. I want to join in and build memories for them.. want to have fun.. I started with the tracking of my food I find out that I am not eating enough.. then my exercise I am doing the walking for 30 mins everyday then I will switch to something else like strength training.. even playing a little tennis with my son.. we will see but for starters I will walk trying to reach the 10000 steps... really need some help on the motivation.. someone to boost it up...View Thread

In the evening when its my time to relax its always watching tv that is when the cravings start...I get upset because during the day I do great eating healthy and exercising..Does anyone have that problem and how do you handle it????
Hi I am a working wife and mom of two wonderful boys..I have just lost 25 pounds on my own .. it is hard..in my house everything is easily done or comfort food...I cook for them and sometime for me...I love veggies always have, but they do not ...I have been reading around here and applying some info... but I sometimes want to give up as well as give in...that is why I decided to join in the club to help me maintain what I have lost and keep losing....
