Sounds like doing the surgery is the next step of getting that knee better. When my dau was 16 she had a fall and her knee did not recover. The doc did the surgery and found a knee deformaity that he fixed but it did not show on x-ray. Good luck on getting that knee fixed!
Good luck to your DH, too. Hope all is well. Take care of yourself and stay focused on your plan. One day at a time!
Kim, Yaay for getting to 179, you must have done ALOT to get there. GOOD WORK!
I really like that you are making a plan for the next "celebration" and putting control/ planning into the equation. I am doing the same in my future road trips and get togethers with the "kids" (in their 30's). We can't let these times completely undo our hard work......but it does take some/alot of planning and preparation on our part.
We CAN do this!!!
P.S. I was over maintenance weight 4 days this month (May) but got back down and will work hard to stay in range. It was only 2 lbs. but we all know how that goes......real easy to keep going on the stuff that gets us over range.View Thread
Kim, just remember that two-piece bathing suit you were rocking! Got to keep that "look" going!
Trust me those few lbs. up is just a scare to get you back where you need to be, on your plan. That's why we need to be cognizant about how those splurge meals show up on the scale. But like Celeste says "we got the POWER"!
