You have gone through alot. Physically you still are on the mend. Just follow doctors orders. About the Samba....I will do that for you....here I go "Ba-ba-baba-ba baba and so on"..just a simple 2-step, repeat, very fast, though.

Rachael, I was up 2.2 lbs. this a.m.. I had a huge salad AND gyro meat AND thick pita bread from Olga's. This was soo good and I did indullge. What did I say in my May Goals, must remember them, oh AND do them. LOL
Anyway, just saying, for me it was the Olga meal that put me up 2.2. I did eat that meal late, too.
Don't get discouraged by a few lb.s, it may be muscle, water retention. My old scale was playing Jedi-mind Games, too....would give me varing weighs. I got a WW scale and like it.
Roh, glad you don't have (tooth/nerve) pain. I've had to have a few root canals and as bad as those are, it was a great relief when they (root canals) stopped the pain. Heck I even had to have a tooth that had had (years earlier) root canal-ed for the 2nd time....that one took an endodontist (root canal specialist) and that one wiped out my dental coverage for the year!
Good luck in dentist-shopping! Seems like the office managers of these medical people have alot to do with how these offices are run. I think when the dentist looks in a mouth they see $$$$$ signs! LOL
Debbie, toning is truly the "next level" in this journey. Hard to describe it unless you have experienced it. All that activity you are doing is creating muscles and those muscles will increase metabolism, too. Muscles look better, too!
Kim, sometimes when I'm "skillet-ing" my red, green, orange, yellow peppers and mushrooms they get a bit over-browned, too. I like to cook in batches so I have these ready to add to omelettes or whatever. I made a batch of the egg whites so I can grab 2-3 and reheat with a cup of broccoli or spinach, even brussel sprouts.
I use the spray Canola when "skillet-ing".
That Paleo site did have some good recipes, though and good photos and nice detail in how to prepare.
