Hope to talk to you guys soon!View Thread

I'm glad to see you sticking to your journey! The dishes that you planned out sound so delicious...you should come over and make me dinner! lol j/k
I do believe Weight Watchers got into some trouble or even Applebees because the calories on there menu were incorrect. I can't exactly remember. Usually when I eat out, i try to pick smart choices, like steamed vegetables rather then french fries. I also immediatly ask for a box to put half my meal away for later, since the portions are out of control.
Good luck and can't wait to hear about your progess next week!View Thread

This year i bought popcorn balls. They only have 100 calories so if by chance there is left over, it will be a good snack. The past years we haven't really gotten any trick or treaters.. so I doubt this year would be any different.
I also am going trick or treating with my niece Kristen! She's going to be a little butterfly. Shes only 13 months.. so that means me and her mother get the candy. I will pack smart and bring some peanut butter pretzels or a 100 calorie snack.
I might have one piece of candy.. I think I can accomplish that. I already sucessfully avioded the Dunkin Donuts munchkins.. that i had to buy on my way to work for the office. So, we'll see.
But I hope everyone has a happy healthy and safe halloween!View Thread
