I can understand the whole hectic schedule. I use to go to school and work two jobs. I ate horribly. Like everyone has agreed, processed foods aren't the greatest for you nor do they have much of your daily nutrition. They are easy and convenient. still eat them occasionally. On my free time I try my best to cook meals for the next couple days like veggies or chicken. I also have a sweet tooth and love those 100 calorie packs! But needing something sweet I try to eat as much fruit as I can. I also have a Wii! So much fun. I want to get the Wii fit.. and maybe i'll check out the justdance2.. I love to dance and its fun to do! I wish you the best of luck and please keep us posted on your success. Also, please use this board for when your going through a rough day. Somedays i'm just not motivated and I find that the people on this board keep me going and have great advice when i'm struggling. Take care!View Thread
