I am happy to find this group! Over the last 10 years, I have allowed the pounds to creep up slowly. Now I find myself 57 pounds overweight! I'm hoping that the support of others going through the same struggles will be helpful. Hopefully, I can share some useful tips to others as well.
I have decided to stick to 1300-1400 calories a day and avoid sugary and fatty foods initially. Also, my plan is to walk daily. The thought of 57 pounds to lose is absolutely overwhelming so I have made my first goal to break the 190's!! My focus will be to see 180-anything!!!....even if that means 189.99!
