I would like to have it be a bit tighter before the hubby and I try for baby #2. I'm not sure if there's anything I can do about it though (or how long it may take for the skin to start tightening). I am however much happier with the way my body is overall. I like being in a size 8 jeans and a size medium sweatshirt/tshirt. I thank you ladies for always having a positive attitude toward each other's journeys. I do enjoy reading about everyone while I'm at work. I just wish I could get on more often to keep up with you guys!
My plan is still to lose another 10 more pounds and then if I gain a few back I won't complain. I will maintain my weight between 135-140 (that's the hope anyway!)View Thread

So my goals are:
1. Exercising 3-4 times a week (at home and the gym).
2. Cutting back on sweets/diet soda (the holidays really got mre going with this again).
3. Lose 4 pounds.View Thread

I am currently convinced that Christmas time is evil for me on a diet. Chocolate has completely taken my cravings.. T_T
I did see 147.8 the other day, but now I'm bouncing around between 147.8 and 149.2... I just wish that I could get to my normal BMI weight range which is 145 or below. But if it doesn't happen until after this holiday season, I guess that's okay. I get so fixated on the number on the scale going down that I completely miss the fact that I've gone from size 22 jeans to size 8, I was 234 pounds and am now under 150. All within about 9 months or so..
Hopefully I can maintain below 150 through these next few days and get back on track for New Years!
I hope you all get a chance to enjoy your family this holiday season! I know I can't wait to see if William will rip into his presents. He doesn't seem so interested in that..
I also can't wait to eat my grandma's awesome tasting ham!
Again, MERRY CHRISTMAS!
God Bless all of you! Drive safely if you're traveling ^_^View Thread

I hope everything is well with you. Christmas is fast approaching and I cannot wait to visit my grandparents and eat ham. YUM!
I weighed in today at 148.4 and am super happy. I really am going to go for a weight of 134 and be able to say I lost 100 pounds. I know the number on the scale isn't important, but it sure is nice to see it move down. I will be upping my strength training exercises for now, so I expect the weight loss to be slow going from here on out.
I am super happy to be wearing a size 8 jeans now. It seems like it's been forever since I've worn anything under 10. I probably haven't worn 8's since I was 14 (so 8 years ago..)
Still I'm keeping up with the little one and getting things finalized for the holiday. I work all weekend and Christmas eve day, but after 6pm I will be on my way to presents, family, treats, and great food!
I hope you all have a safe holiday season-and remember! Everything in Moderation!!!
Merry Christmas!View Thread

My husband is happy that I'm healthy, but states that he didn't really think of me as looking ugly or fat when I was heavier. So maybe that's a good thing? I know he just doesn't want to admit that I'm looking better now.

And thank you so much for the encouragement!View Thread
