My Story:
I joined this community in Sept. of 2011 and I believe I was around 222 lbs. at that time. I began a "diet" in June 2011 at 265 lbs. I was making good progress, but knew that I had to do more than count calories and exercise to make this a lifestyle change and not a diet as I had done several times in the past. I read some of my first posts today and can see the difference in my thinking then and now. I have learned so much from others here. Although members come and go, I have learned something from everyone. This board has changed my thinking on this healthy lifestyle and given me invaluable insight into how to stay on this journey.
