My Story:
How can a person be obese when they are surrounded by malnourishment and poverty? How can they live with themselves? How can a missionary help the poor in 3rd world countries, when they themselves can't even manage their own health? Will starving people listen to a fat missionary?

I am a 64 yr old missionary living in Guatemala. I have always been overweight but now at 228 lbs it is damaging both my health and my ministry. Twice I have had cancer. Now my legs are so weak I can't handle a squatty potty. This means I can no longer work in the villages!!! It is time to wake up and reverse this deadly trend attacking my health and ministry.
