Hi Kim, Hum my two cents, i got this kind of dizzy spell pregnant with my tird and working full time. Thewalls wheremoving around me. They saidit was exhaustion and gave me two weeks off.

Strawberries, coconut, peanut butter, maple syrup.
2 with fixing 600 calories.
Diner beef stew with carrots and grelo potatoes. Green salad

Judy sorry your struggling to maintain right now. But i'm sure as soon that this snow has melted and the warm weather comes back. You will be able to go for your regular walks. Hang in there !!
1 egg 1 sluce ok multi grain toast a bit of butter 1 piece off laughing cow cheese. 1 coffee with milk and 1/4 tsp sugar.

White flour change whole wheat
Bread to multi grain
Rice to brown rice
No white sugar
This is a life style change not a diet, so it will take time, there are ladies like Judy, Amber, maximomy and many more that succeded for many year now to maintain.
Some start with the food others start with the exercises or do both.
Like Judy said one thing at the time. Adding one succes every week keep us motivated.

You are right about Gage my son spoke only at 3. Of course he had everone catering to alll his needs with us and his 2 older sisters,so all he had to do is say haaaaaannnn and he got what he wanted. All in good time he is not even one year old.
He is probably a thinker and a good observer.

I know Judy since i go yo the gym almost every day i gained weight. Hope it will stabilize soon and start going down. But i have to confess in Feb there where alot of cakes in my life LOL
