Abby, So glad you have help. And you will be surprised that yes you make bad choices but you will also see improvement you have made over the years.
Somehow as the years go by I starting making better choice. No before the shocked of righting everything that I put in my mouth. Yup It's arch but in the long run you will be conscious. And it will be harder to make the wrong choice of foods.
Even in the store,I see myself in the bakery area and I surprised myself giggling my tommy and realizing that I didn't need this at all and walked away. With the feeling that there is a lot of work still to do till I don't even question if I should look if anything is good in the bakery area.
I hope that you do this exercise with all the nakedness it deserve. You deserve this turning point. We are all here supporting you in this crucial step.

lunch salad greens cucumber shallot tomato home made olive oil dressing with rice vinegar and Dijon mustard protein will be 3 pieces of roast duck.
pineapple for snack
supper will be fried rice with mixed veg ,mushroom and roasted fillet of pork with a bit of omelet. all should not be more than 2 cups.

What is happening are you board. I wish I could tell you that you are sabotaging all the hard work. But there must be a reason for this binge.I know I could copy and paste the exact same food if not more some days.

Thanks for the picture they look scrumptious Your right the tomato jam is sweet so sweet that I didn't know what to do with it. I followed the recipe and forgot how sweet jam could be I usually buy the low sugar jam. What a shocker I figure after cutting the green cherry tomatoes in 4 and taking the time to make it. I would use it instead of sugar in the recipes. I have 3 small jars of 1 cup each left. one option is to give them away. I also tried to make green tomato ketchup what a disaster it is to salty. Those are irrecoverable and will have to be thrown out What a shame. I didn't know how many tomatoes those plans gave. I had 6 plans and produced all summer. My first garden experience next year I will try to change things around. Since I don't have any experience in gardening it will be trial and error.But I loved being outsideView Thread
