Dinner started with hummus with carrots and the stem of the brocoli yum then a small bol of macaroni and meat sauce 1 cup. Then 1/2 steak with left over quinoa stuffing. Bottle of cider long time had any 6% alc. Finished with some fresh Mango. Had alot of leftover to finish. So now i'm rolling.All i had was breakfast no lunch so that's what appened. To hungry.
Kim they don't make the applances the way they use to such a rip off. Had a lg with no center and ated it the clothes smeeled had to wash twice. Now i have samsung and love it. It a top lowder with aquajet. The best i ever had now let see how long it last.
It's not been easy to get back on track. It's so freaken cold. All i thing about is food.
Hi glad all are doing great it is allready the 9th got to get going. Had a cortisone shot in my shoulder doing better. But wait one more in my hip on the 29th fun fun time lol.

Blade roast with saute red bel pepper with onions yum
Bread with peanut butter
Oatmeal going to the gym with my daughter for cardio noweihgt yet becauseof my shoulder

You should go for frozen fruits and vegerables .
They have all the original nutrience.
I would clean my vegetables as soon as you come front the grocery store peel carotts clean celeri cut and place in zip lock bags with a sheet on scott towell to absorb the extra humidity. They last quite a few days.
I even do the lettuce the same and it's crispy all week.
The only can i buy is tomatoes for spaghetti sauce. I buy the frozen mix vegetables for spaghetti sauce. Really good.
