Breakfast was whole milk with a carnation instant breakfast packet mixed in. 2nd breakfast was about a cup, maybe a cup and a half, of apple jacks cereal - dry. Lunch is leftover pizza from last night. I have an apple for a snack and I also have some fruit snacks.
I'm tired today even though I slept pretty well last night.
Not sure what I'm going to do for dinner. I think I'll have myself a sandwich...and maybe maybe make something for Shelby? He gets off at 8:30 and I don't like waiting that long to eat dinner. My stomach gets mad at me
I've been doing a lot of laundry and cleaning. Pulled out of our towels and sheets and blankets out and am re washing them. Cleaned out the cabinet they were in yesterday and got about half of the stuff washed and dried. Most of it folded. I'm going to try to do the rest of it today.View Thread
Breakfast I had a smoothie. Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana, who knows what else. I'd make a smoothie a while back and only ate half of it - so it was the other half that was in my freezer.
Had a bacon, potato, and cheese burrito from work for a later breakfast. I also grabbed a second one and had it as an early lunch. They aren't very large - maybe the length of my hand, if that.
Lunch was leftover macaroni and cheese.

Lunch is a frozen hamburger. I also have grapes and edamame for a snack. Oh, and an apple.
K9 splashfest was yesterday - basically the last day of the year that pools are open, one of the pools lets you bring your dog. it's super fun. Pepper competed in the retrieving contest and got 1st place. Look at that face
I'm glad that I have my next doctor's appointment this week. I'm not sure that I'm on track with gaining weight. I've only gained 3-4 pounds total so far (closer to 3 most days). In some of the things I've read, they are saying about 5-10 pounds weight gain so far. So who knows. I've been eating whatever and whenever I want to...but I'm just not hungry a lot of the time.

Weight was 172.1 this morning. I'm down a little bit from earlier in the week.
Breakfast was the whole milk with instant carnation breakfast packet. Just now ate a granola bar. I've been awake for a while and it's easier for me to eat solid foods after a few hours.
For snacks, I have a baggie of green grapes and an apple.
Lunch is two slices of combo pizza from costco (pretty much their supreme pizza). TONS of veggies on this pizza. And I never eat the crust - I just don't like it.
Not sure what I'm going to do for dinner. Shelby works later than usual again today. Yesterday I had homemade salsa with chips for a snack when I got home (we had tons of tomatoes and jalepenos from our garden to use) and I'll probably have that again today.
I was able to see a chiropractor yesterday afternoon and Monday afternoon. I go again next week and also have a doctor's appointment next week.
I wanted to go fishing with Shelby on Saturday morning - but the more I think about it, the more I just really don't want to wake up that early on the day that I can sleep in View Thread
172.4 this morning. So that makes me up 4 and a half pounds or so. 17 weeks in. I read somewhere that typically by now people have gained anywhere from 5-10 pounds, so I'm happy with that. I'm trying to not go crazy with anything. I'm also not super hungry anyways, so that has helped.
I had a packet of carnation instant breakfast with whole milk for breakfast. I got back in bed and slept some more. I didn't go to church today b/c my stomach was hurting. I feel better now though. Had a second breakfast when I got up again - whole milk with honeycomb cereal.
I had some tortilla chips with a homemade jalepeno ranch dip and I've had a fudge popsicle. Plus a bunch of water. I'm kind of hungry but not hungry at the same time. I will probably just end up eating another snack of some sort - dinner is at my parent's house in 2 hours, so I just need something to tide me over until then and I can have an actual meal.
I am going to a chiropractor tomorrow, and I'm looking forward to that. My neck has been hurting and my right hip/lower right back is still hurting.View Thread
I would enjoy doing something...I'd just have to figure out where my stuff is...we are going to clean out our backroom soon-ish...hopefully. Shelby wants to get the garage organized first, so who knows how long that will take.View Thread
