Breakfast was two slices of turkey bacon. Two frozen waffles with blueberry/raspberry/pomegranate spread on it (25 cal per Tbsp).
Lunch is a frozen dinner.
Dinner I'm going to make fajitas. I had a church activity last night - and there were cookies and a very large veggie tray. There were a TON of veggies left over, so I got an entire plate full of peppers (red, yellow, and green) so I'm making fajitas. Yay! I used my own seasoning mix - so it's salt free too.View Thread
I'll keep coming here. I don't post a whole lot - but I like being able to check in here at work when I have a moment to breathe. I'm not a huge FB fan either. I have very few "friends" on there - most of them are just family members.View Thread
Oh yeah. I also wanted to say that on Sunday this week I took some time and got a lot of stuff ready for lunches this week - I bagged grapes and carrots and cucumber slices. I put watermelon in lunch sized containers. I got little tiny tupperware containers and portioned out ranch dressing in them. And then I put it all in my fridge on the top shelf - so I had my fruits and veggies all ready for my lunches this week! It has made this whole week SO much easier. It's one less thing for me to worry about and it's been wonderful.View Thread
