I would enjoy doing something...I'd just have to figure out where my stuff is...we are going to clean out our backroom soon-ish...hopefully. Shelby wants to get the garage organized first, so who knows how long that will take.View Thread
Yeah, I'm taking my prenatal vitamins. They used to really be bothering me - but it's gotten a lot better. It stopped with the morning sickness.
I am eating not great. I said that to Shelby this morning - and he was like...wait...pizza isn't healthy? haha, oh boy.
I have been eating a lot of veggies from our garden - usually my snacks during the day are a fruit and a veggie - and then I get home and have more veggies. The past few days I haven't and I have definitely not felt as good.
But part of it is my neck and hip really hurting. I need to go see a chiropractor. Shelby has the day off today and said that he was going to call the 5 on the list that I made and check to see if they are in network or not for our insurance. They were on a list from our insurance as possible providers - and I narrowed that list down to 6. The first one - I went to because they had a $35 dollar payment w/out insurance and they were on the list but out of network (so not covered by my insurance). So it wasn't too expensive - but not a long term solution.View Thread
I've made a bracelet like the one on the bottom before. I love the colors in that one though. It's been a long time - probably 8 years at least. I have all of my crafting/beading stuff somewhere, I'm sure. I always enjoyed working on stuff like that.View Thread
Breakfast was the carnation instant breakfast drink that I mixed up. I've had a chocolate chip granola bar too.
I have an apple and a handful of cherry tomatoes from my garden for snacks today. Lunch is leftover pasta roni. I also have other stuff at my desk I can eat if I need to.
I haven't been getting much exercise in - just tired all the time. I want to try and get the load of laundry that I washed yesterday folded and put away today. Or at least folded.
Next doctor's appt is in two and a half weeks.
I don't really have much else to say...nothing else is really changing for me. Just working, coming home, and sleeping/doing nothing because I'm tired. I did clean my kitchen yesterday and make dinner, so I started the week off right at least View Thread
I had the chocolate milk thing again - carnation instant breakfast powder mixed with whole milk. It's been the easiest thing for me to get down in the morning. I had a bacon, potato, cheese burrito at work (I'm not ready to attempt eating eggs again). I grabbed another one and it's in the fridge. I'll eat it in a little bit I think.
Lunch I'm just going to have the last hot pocket that is in the freezer here at work. I also have an apple and granola bar if needed.
We got a new mattress - Wednesday? I think? Anyways, it's been super nice and I'm sleeping a lot better.
In other news, Toby (my oldest dog) has been super naughty lately - pulling food of the tables and counters and consuming it all when we aren't looking or aren't home. Neither of our dogs have done this for over a year - so it's really surprising. And it's happened several times in the past week...so we're working on that
I'm glad that it's Friday. I'm tired and ready for a (semi) relaxing weekend.View Thread
Breakfast I had a protein drink thing again. Mixed whole milk with a powder mix. I think it was by carnation? It's their instant breakfast thing. It's easy for me to get down in the mornings. I'm hungrier a bit sooner, but I like doing that better than choking down something like waffles or toast. I have a croissant roll and a bag of cherry tomatoes from my garden for snacks today. I also have granola bars at my desk. I'm just going to have hot pockets for lunch today - I haven't had any in a while, and was too lazy to make lunch this morning.
We got a new mattress last night - changed from a queen to a king. It is ENORMOUS. I slept better last night than I have in a while, so that was nice
Hopefully when I get home today I'll have some time to call the chiropractors on the list I have. I have four that I need to call and see if they are in network for my insurance or not. Then maybe I can set up an appointment for later this week or next week. That would be nice.View Thread
I tried to post an update yesterday - hit submit and it said that the exchange (or whatever) was unavailable and to try again later. I didn't feel like typing up my post again yesterday, so I just gave up.
Breakfast this morning I had a breakfast drink? It was a powder that I mixed in with milk. I don't remember the name of it. It was pretty good. Kept my satisfied until about 10. I had a granola bar at 10 and then an apple at 11. I just had some leftover fajita stuff that I brought with me. I'll have some more in an hour or two. It sounds like I'm eating a lot - but I just can't eat as much as I used to.
I'm going to a chiropractor today - figured it was about time to start seeing one again. I'll see if they are covered my insurance after I get there. If not, they aren't too expensive anyways, so it's alright. If they aren't taking my insurance, I'll just try another one in a week or two.
Had another appointment last week. Everything is looking fine. I see my doctor again in a month and have another ultrasound in about 5 weeks (at the 20 week mark).
Shelby and I went to garage sales Saturday morning for a few hours - it was pretty fun. We spent about 60 dollar and got at least 300 dollars worth of stuff - so it was time well spent. We're finished painting what will be the baby's room. I'll post a picture at some point in time when it's a little more completed.
I've been getting cucumbers and cherry tomatoes from my garden, and it's been great have a built in snack every day View Thread
Breakfast was a croissant with nutella. I had a glass of whole milk with it. It helps in the morning when I take my vitamin
I've had a chocolate chip granola bar for a snack. I have a turkey sandwich and an apple for later. I also packed two homemade chocolate chip cookies.
Dinner is going to probably be split up into two sections, and early one and then a late one a few hours later. I'll have a sandwich (probably) and the last of the leftover raviolis (there are only 6 or 7 left - so it will me a small portion).
Shelby has to work later than usual today, so I'm not sure what I'm going to do. By the time he gets home I will be needing to get ready for bed. I'll either nap or paint, depending on what I feel like.View Thread
Good for you, Abby! I'm not a morning person, so that is really impressive to me. I don't think I could ever convince myself to wake up a little earlier to mow the lawn (or do anything, really). View Thread
