Breakfast was provided at work today. I had one bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito. One cup of hot chocolate. Water.
Will be having leftovers from last night for lunch. Pepper and steak stir fry that I made.
For snacks I have my energy blend from costco (edamame, cranberries, almonds, and pumpkin kernels) and two clementines. Whether or not I eat them depends on how hungry I get before lunch.
I guess that DH and I are designated drivers tonight for some friends (we both don't drink). So we're doing dinner at a friend's house (I think BBQ chicken) and then driving around b/c one of them wants to go bar hopping (bar golf?) for their b-day. I guess we'll see how that goes.

Went to yoga last night for an hour. It's one of my favorite times of the week. I feel so accomplished afterwards.
Went to the doctor's office yesterday - I hadn't seen this doctor before (since we just moved to Texas in September) but my husband had. Anyways, my husband came with me because I needed moral support. We talked with the doctor about the problems I have been having lately with mood, sleep, etc. He thought that it would be good to try and get me on a different medication. So I made the switch today from citalopram to wellbutrin. Hopefully that will help out some. Plus, wellbutrin is a weight neutral medicine. Anyways, I'm just going to be focusing on mood for the next couple of weeks since this is a new medication. I won't just drop everything and eat chocolate and bread for every meal - but I have a more important focus for the time being.View Thread
No, I haven't become a picky eater. lol. My mom got them for my little sister who is being a "vegetarian." She is in junior in high school and my mom was trying to find things with protein that she will eat. She doesn't like beans. Anyways, I don't think she likes them because they've been sitting in the opened box for a while now. I thought it was pretty good. Kind weird - different texture, ya know? But good.View Thread
I had a yoplaight light peach yogure this morning and a chia squeeze thing - blackberry bliss flavor. It was this weird drink?? thing that my mom got from the store.

For those that couldn't see the video, it was a video of a set of stairs in Stockholm that is right next to an escalator. It initially shows people just using the escalator to get up the stairs. A crew came in and made the stairs into a giant piano - each stair step made a different tone and the stairs looked like a keyboard as well. They showed that making it more fun to take the stairs increased stair activity by 66%.View Thread
Morning everyone! I got up early enough to have a 'normal' breakfast this morning. I had kirkland ancient grains cereal with skim milk.
I finally cooked up the rest of the asparagus last night - did it on a pan with a little olive oil on top and sprinkled it with lemon pepper. It was SOOOOOO good. And then they ran out and I wished there was more. mmmView Thread
