Found on Pinterest. Each type of disease has a "dietary guideline" that could be incorporated into your journey, as needed. But again, pick and choose according to your personal taste, grocery allowances and whatnot. Nothing is a "hard and fast" rule. Take what you want and throw the rest away.
I know that I throw around the words Raw and clean a lot here. And for the most part, I think that you guys see(like from Judy's daily intake) what it takes to make your journey a success. But it still boils down to what you, personally, can "hack" day in and day out to keep yourself on the right path of the journey. Like I , for one, can't hack (ie. stomach) chicken breast 6 days a week. Nor would my boyfriend like to see it more than twice a week, lol. But Judy and her hubby do well with eating it and it works for them.
Ok, that said, I'd like to give you this link to a super good blog article that not only gives you insight into the writer's lifestyle choices, but also gives you a decent shopping list and some sample menus.
THIS is what my idea of clean could be. Although I can't afford the grass fed nor the organics as often as I'd like to, even buying the regular merchandise of what is listed still gets you well on your way to better , more clean eating.
Changing our intake , our foods, to live a healthier lifestyle doesn't mean we have to eat the same boring thing over and over and over. Adding spices adds an almost imperceptible amount of calories overall and can make your food go from blah to BLAM!
Oh, no, Helene. I'm going to be traveling with one of my twin sons, Cody. Not baby Gage. Thank God, lol We will fly out early on Feb 13 and be back late on the 17th. It's not a long trip but I think we'll have fun.
Helene, I have read it through and I have to say, that bean soup looks really good and I'll probably be trying it. How is your sister doing? For that matter, how are YOU doing? Is the weather getting any warmer for you? I see that , now, those of you in the North and East will be looking at some rain storms soon. I hope that doesn't mean icing and black ice for you guys. That stuff is dangerous.

Plus I heard on a pain relaxation tape that I have been listening to that people who take charge of their pain usually do better and feel better. MOG1026 replied to justmejust 's response: Laura, when the party is over, can you tell me more about the pain relaxation tape? That sounds like something I would like
justmejust replied to MOG1026 's response: Kathy, sure, it is by Ruth Naperstack and it was made for people with pain, most specifically people with permanent pain from serving in war.View Thread
