1. Get up at 7am every morning.
2. walk at least 15 mins a day, cept Sundays
3. drink, drink, drink more water.
4. lose at least 1 lb. Don't want to set the goal too high. ha ha ha!!View Thread



Misty you are tall. I'm the same as Kim, 5'4. My mom was so bad at age 70 she just sat.
And by the way, I like this 5 lb goal. I can handle that.
Last night at 8pm, thats when I like to have a snack, I went to the kitchen, looked at all sorts of stuff, like popcorn, granola bar, stuff like that, no ice cream or chips cause we don't have them in the house anymore, so I cut up a few stalks of celery and had them. I went to bed at 10 smiling. ha ha ha!View Thread


Thank you for missing me, huh, never new that would happen. I should be able to get back to walking, the snows have quit and the ground is dry "for a while". ha ha. Thanks for all the encouragement. I REALLY REALLY appreciate it.View Thread
