Hi Cami. What do you usually eat? I needed to drop 30 pounds back in March, last year and opted for Dukan diet's weight loss coaching to help me do so. Basically, it's a low-carb, high-protein diet during which you eat healthy fruits and veggies, meat, eggs, fish and chicken. It's a low-sodium diet that encourages you to work out and that's exactly what I did. I like kickboxing and did it for 45 minutes every day. I'm sure you can do it! Don't lose heart!View Thread
