Hey all...Thanks for your responses on the water intake. I do drink coffee with "diet" sugar in it...and sometimes a little soy milk. I see that some count coffee as liquids and some don't. To each his own, I guess.
Just curious if you include all liquids in your water intake. This site says I should drink 64 oz of water a day. I drink about 65 if I include the 3 cups of coffee I drink. Not sure if that's considered water??? Anyone???View Thread
Good advice, Kim. I've been at this weight loss venture for so long. Thyroid is an issue but I'm dealing with it. I wish I could do more exercise. Walking is about it. Aging brought on RA and heart issues so I have to monitor my own activities. Working at it, though! Thanks again!View Thread
