I'm waiting here for the sweet potatoes to go on sale.. last year they went down to .29 cents a pound so I bought 20 pounds, blanched and bagged them and put them in the freezer. I hope they get that low again this year.View Thread~~ Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein ~~

I was confused at first as well. It apparently measures your exercise by the week, though stating you need to do much per day. I have mine set for 630 a day, which is relatively easy with the routine I have set up. So my walks are extra and the past few weeks, at the end of the week I am well over my fitness goal

It just takes some tweaking and finding the right routine for your self
Hang in there!!Hugs..

As Judy stated, it's a trial and error thing. Finding something you enjoy and can incorporate it into your daily schedule, make it routine so over time you find the results you need.
Having a Dr. check your blood count is another to shed some light on your chemistry is another good one. This is a battle no doubt, and trying to change our eating habits, the nutrition we receive from what we eat is a major factor as well. I've found I have made some major changes in my menu and how I snack. Just hang in there!! Try different things, keep track of your body and how you feel... (at least that's what I did to find the exercises I am working on and it seemed to help). So many people here have excellent advice and ideas. You are sure to find something that will work for you.
This isn't a fast fix, it's a life change... we have to remember this.
Hugs..

My first initial weight loss was amazing to me, however, I did not expect it to hold up. It was due to all the changes and monitoring what I ate with the tools here. With that said, I've only lost a pound in the last week and that's fine with me

I figure, as long as I progress in making these changes permanent in my life, my body will adjust accordingly. I might not "lose weight" but my body will be toning parts of me that need it.. like the "Bat wings" hehehehe.... It's all good! as it's been said so many times here, it's a "lifestyle change"!
Hugs..

I too am curious about roast radishes. Have never heard of it..in fact, I've never heard of them being added to stews or meals of that sort.
