losing weight is possible,NOT EASY!!!! but possible. i have lost over 100 lbs, took me 3 years but its better to lose it slowely-no left over skin. I just couldnt stand looking at myself in the mirror anymore, I hated being fat, so one day at my lunch hour instead eating i went for walk. After while noticed weight coming off, so on top of walking 5 miles a day i added elliptical ,which i absolutely love!! toned my legs,butt and arms.But im only human so ofcourse after i went down to my goal weight i got comfortable and gained 15 lbs back. So now im back here with all of you lovely ladies and as God is my witness i will lose those pesky pounds and never be fat again !!!
