I use the WebMD Food and Fitness Planner. It might be a pain at first, but you can add foods as "frequent" then you'll just have to go to your list and check off what you eat. And if what you eat isn't on the list, you can quickly add it and mark it as "frequent". You can also change the serving size easily to account for you "bits" and "couples"

I recently saw Jurassic Park in 3D even though I've seen it a million times. It was originally in 2D also, but 3D was amazing! I think we'll give it a try! How are you doing?

I didn't realize how much weight you have lost! That is just fabulous. I'm one of those weirdos that wears a swimsuit no matter how much I weigh. Not a bikini, of course, but a nice tankini kind of holds everything in. When I was in my thirties and weighed over 300 pounds, I wore a t-shirt and shorts but I guess now I'm more comfortable with myself. Age is a nice thing sometimes! I still am motivated by your signature every day.
