am looking for a lapband diet i already had the surgery i was 310 i am now about 240 i was 235 i think i got muscle not fat but i dont get a lot of workout time but i try and do pushups every day riight now i'm on 60 a day my goal is 200 100 in am and 100 in pm every day when i get to 50/'50 i will do situps as well i was doing 1500 a day but didnt see any change in weight i want to break the 235 or at least lose the fat so somebody help me out and mail me a good everyday diet i love chicken i hate fat food i dont care for sugar and i dont drink at ALL
right now i eat 1/4 cup baby food for breakfast with 2 packs of fake sugar with 1 cup milk (40 cal for bbfood) 2% is the mlik
lunch is almost always the same 1 tortilla with a 1/4 can of chicken that has 1 scoop of sour cream OR 2 of mayo (i pref the sour cream but does not keep as long) a little mustard and tomato juice and sometimes sliced stewed tomato's
dinner same as lunch
i dont snack... i dont eat more than that what i am doing wrong? why can i NOT break that freaking 235 limit
