Hi Bette! You may not be consuming enough calories throughout the day. This could drive your body into starvation mode which will literally drop your metabolism to nearly a dead stop; which could be why you're not losing weight or having a difficult time doing so. Shoot for 2-3 larger meals and have healthy snacks (fresh fruit, veggies) in between! Congratulations on your baby and best wishes for a happy and healthy pregnancy, and future.
