I joined this community last week.... and I decided to try the fitness tracker..... Ive kept track pretty closely for the last week... I think I only forgot once or twice.... I think its made a difference... seeing how many calories you have left for the rest of the day after lunch has really helped... anyone else had any luck trying this?View Thread

lol...no you arnt turning me off.... I know all age groups need help....but when you are older...its a little different to get started and keep motivated....maybe thats just me...and im not passing judgement...i just get more outta stories from women of a certain age group that have made strides in the wt loss arenaView Thread
