Good for you Abby. I'd like to join you in 2015. There need to be some big changes for me too. I am going to have to meet some challenges, but it's good to know that there are other friends with work to do.
My meals are healthy today but those stupid Brookside candies are in the house and I finished them off tonight. Thank goodness they are gone. Warning: DO NOT BUY!View Thread
Good thing Gage has a young granny! Rog and I would be useless at those early hours. Looks like you are eating really well Kim.
Breakfast was a banana, orange juice, 1 cup dry cereal.
Lunch was an egg beater, 2 strips microwave bacon, English muffin and an apple. Then unfortunately I had a handful of those hateful Brookside dark chocolate covered blueberry, acai temptations. So delicious and so not the real thing. Dinner is still undetermined.
Oh Kim, I'm sorry to be reading this so late, but I know from experience that the hurt lasts, so a belated hug is still appropriate. ((())) to lose a beloved dog is just the pits and in my life nothing has made me cry harder. So sad for you and Bowser.View Thread
So far today I had a small banana for breakfast. At lunch I had Beef Barley soup, a small dinner roll with butter and an apple. I think dinner will be a serving of lasagna with a salad. And I'll probably have some 100 calorie popcorn this evening.
Today I'm feeling a bit like Don Quixote tilting at windmills.View Thread
I definitely get on particular food jags. Today was exactly the same as yesterday's meals except I swapped out the pea soup for Beef Barley soup at lunch. Our local market puts out 6 hot soups every day. Some they make from scratch and some are purchased but they are much better than canned. I've been checking the web site everyday to see what the variety is and if It's one I like, then that's lunch. It's been so cold and snowy that soup hits the spot!View Thread
