thanksKali, Ive been working out for three weeks, I eat 1 proper meal a day after my wokout, then I survived the day by drinking and sometimes eating fruits or soup thats available in our cafe. and when I go home I eat nothing then I wake upvery early in the morning looking for food Id just eat banana or sweet potato. I've been on a fish and veggie diet for a week, thanks to banana I have all the energy I need to workout even if i dont eat much but Im afraid if I go on like this for another month or more Im not sure if tit wil be healthy or probably I will end up in an emergency roomView Thread
I dont consume everything in 1 day my morning meal is mostly peanut and banana and coffee, I eat the peanut very slowly until lunch then I get my sandwich, at supper thats when I get my sweet potato and the next day I'll consume any I havent eaten the previous day. when craving extremely for food, what do you suggest to eat?View Thread
eggs are cheap here like rice and banana it is everywhere. i probably cut back a lot of calories in my diet I eat very small meals consisting legumes like peanuts and mung beans. and then occasionally eggs, banana, sweet potato, mixed cooked vegetables, most of the time i replace white rice with oatmeal then fish. I love eating my lunch with tuna sandwich loaded with lettuce and cucumber but with white bread and mayo (haha) so far that's my diet for the past 2 weeks and I cant helping engaging with alocohol due to peer pressure. lol I'll convince my friends to eat in the restaurant instead in fastfood the fact that I don't cook my food, and the most available ones are either fatty or carby and very sweet! fruits in our area is very expensive! I just hope I wont get sick, and I am able to suffice the nutrients needed for my body resistanceView Thread
i cant really tell it's not working in fact my pants feels significantly loose I haven't check the scales yet. I've been drinking some asian coffee for almost two weeks, the label says it's all natural lol but of course I did further research on the product. it doesn't do any harm just suppresses the appetite, it helps cease the craving of food big time. though I miss working out and running and sweating much and that healthy and strong feeling but I couldnt get enough rest to do the working out stuff. but I will do it again once I move before the end of the year!View Thread
I'll just put my real name then i hate how my post appears Italized I think Im not always satisfied with the results of what I achieve and Im always being hard to myself. thats why I always fail. there are simple things that I fail to realize when I make simple things too complicated. thanks everyone View Thread
