Hi all, I am a new member, mid forties and about 54 lbs overweight, I tried everything, including gastric bypass (lost about 100 at first) it's been a roller coster to be like this, it is until recently that I had a life change experience that make want to do something for real.
I started going to Zumba a month ago, I love it, this is the first time that I been committed for more than a week on any program. I feel more energetic, lost 2 inches of waist, it forces me to drink lots of water, I am in a great mood all the time, I am learning to dance, having fun.
Now I want to change my eating habits, I need to learn to become a very organized person so I will bring my food to work.
Hopefully one day my grow up kids will realize that if I can do it, they can do it too.
My goal is to loose the weight and inches in one year...... from 194 to 140.
